I certify that my organization (or consortium) meets the following eligibility criteria for participating in the PBG for Isolated Mini-Grids program

Check each box to acknowledge that your organization meets the requirement to participate.

Is: a) a single legal entity, duly registered as a legal entity in Nigeria; b) a consortium that is incorporated as a legal entity in Nigeria, whose members are jointly and severally liable; or c) an unincorporated consortium
Is able to provide 3 years of financial statements (for single legal entity or each partner of a Consortium).
Has designed and built at least 3 mini grids of not less than 10kW or a single mini grid of at least 50kW capacity since January 2014, and this mini grid is still in operation now.

Please do NOT submit a registration form if you or a member of your consortium do not meet the criteria above. You will be required to submit documentation proving eligibility in the next stage of the application process.

I certify that my organization (or consortium) meets the following eligibility criteria for participating in the Supply Side Subsidy Subcomponent under Stand Alone Solar Component

Check each box to acknowledge that your organization meets the requirement to participate.

Is a single legal entity, duly registered as a legal entity in Nigeria; b) a consortium that is incorporated as a legal entity in Nigeria; or c) an unincorporated consortium whose members are jointly and severally liable.
Has been in existence for at least one year as of the time of completion of this form.
Has maintained average sales of at least 100 Tier 1 SHS per month (or its equivalent in larger tiers) in the last year of operation (in or outside of Nigeria).
Is promoting solar home systems of 3Wp or larger and have adequate quality verification documentation for the system and/or its individual components.
